Mexican tinga
Serves 6; time: 30 min
Ingredients:
Preparation:
1.Soak the Nutricasa texturized soy for 10 minutes in water, add salt to taste.
2.Rinse the water completely, and continue to press on the texturized soy.
3.Fry 2 ½ sliced onions in hot oil y ½ head of chopped garlic. Once its fried, add the texturized soy, pepper and chicken broth.
4.Blend the tomatoes, ½ onion, 2 heads of garlic and the chipotle. Add to the Nutricasa texturized soy and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
